Pricing is a flat monthly rate. We’ll talk about your business, your needs, and the level of support you want — then I’ll provide a custom quote.
What happens during monthly bookkeeping?
I organize and record your income and expenses in QuickBooks, reconcile your accounts, and prepare monthly reports like your P&L and Balance Sheet.
How do I send statements and documents?
Most clients connect their bank accounts directly to QuickBooks, so everything syncs automatically. If you prefer, you can also upload or email documents securely.
When will I receive my reports?
You’ll receive your monthly financial reports by the 10th of each month.

No. I’m based in Long Beach, but since everything is digital, I work with clients all over the U.S.
